Eucalyptus howto

Canonical, Eucalyptus and Intel prepared a whitepaper on cloud design and deployment. It's clearly the best howto on Eucalyptus I've ever seen. And I admit it even though I've written one too (and I'll use this opportunity to link to it). Their whitepaper is much better.
